Update 4
Mens 4 x 100m free:
The American men cracked the world record in the heats with only one of their swimmers for the final. Every team in the final set national records just to qualify. The Aussies have Callus and Sullivan to come in, the French have Bernard and Gilot, while the Yanks bring in Phelps, Weber-Gale and Lezak. On the basis of that, you'd thing the Yanks have the most to gain, but their strength is such that I can't see them picking up more than one second per change. Their B team is obviously good. The French however had a bloke wearing floaties, clocking a cobweb-gathering 49.83! Slotting in world record holder Alain Bernard will gain about three seconds on his own, plus Gilot will gain time as well. I can't see the Aussies picking up anywhere near enough to keep up.
This will be close, the US have got to win this one for Phelps to get his tally of eight, but they're in the sights of every other nation.
If you can find anything above 3 for France, take it for one point.

Pellegrini is outstanding, she has a clear gap on her rivals at the moment unless reigning world champion Laure Manaudou pulls something out of the fire. There is all sorts of out-of-the-pool rivalry between this pair, don't be surprised if the French girl lifts big time even from lane 8. Hoff isn't at her best, she couldn't keep up with Rice so I can't see her lifting to win this, and the Brits are getting excited about Adlington, but I can't see her ripping another half-second off her PB to win this when she prefers the 800. If you can find 14 or better for Manaudou, have a bit.
0.5pt Manaudou 14+ (Betfair, Hills etc)
No additions to the other finals.
